Do Photographers Use Canon Digital Cameras For Professional Family
Portraits?

We still have a Canon Mirrorless but have switched over to Sony Mirrorless cameras for our portraits.


For many years now, the pros have been using a range of camera equipment for photojournalism. If you’re one of them, chances are this will be your first time using one of the Canon Digital SLR cameras. But you probably aren’t alone in your experience with the Canon DSLR. Many of us are a bit more familiar with Digital SLR cameras and the technology and workflow. But don’t worry, the pros really know what they’re doing.

At Richard’s Photography, we’ve built a database of Canon DSLR camera models and a number of professional and hobbyist models to help guide you through each of the important details of the DSLR camera’s function, performance, configuration, and settings.

Some of these Canon models are in limited, non-production production quantities, but the ones available here are in stock as of today. You can search for specific models or simply pick a model that has been in your photo library. We offer images of each camera individually, so if you find that a particular model or camera model is missing, or your expectations for performance are low, then go looking for the model that best complements your expectations, or at least is compatible with your camera. Most of the Canon DSLR models and Sony mirrorless models are also available pre-assembled for you to customize and build. It’s better to buy a prime lens but for everyday usage a kit lens will do the job,
